About Larson Steel

Larson Steel was founded in 1994 by Pete Larson who has had a long career in steel contracting with over 35 years of experience. Our focus is on the fabrication and installation of structural steel, ornamental ironwork, and miscellaneous metals (including stairways) for the construction industry in both new construction as well as remodels and rehab projects for residential and commercial projects.   In addition to Pete, John Larson (with over 30 years of experience) joined the team as general manager in 2011.William Zepeda, Senior Project Manager, spent 10 years in project management before joining Larson Steel in 2000. We have a full fabrication shop staffed with qualified welders and assemblers to complement our capable and knowledgeable installation crews. Larson Steel is also an LA Certified fabricator and the exclusive manufacturer of Hardy Frames for Northern California.  We are a non-union shop located in Gilroy and our installers travel to all areas of the South Bay, the East Bay, the Peninsula, and the Monterey area.
